Original Marathon VIII
Original Marathon returns Saturday 8 March 2025 for only the 8th running of this historic route. Windsor Castle to White City - London's newest, oldest marathon.

The first EVER 26.2 mile marathon was at the London 1908 Olympic Games, the route was not re-run until 1933 to 1937 as the Polytechnic Marathon. In 2024, a pioneering group of runners set out on the first event on this historic course for over 80 years.
​
In 2025, you too can run in the footsteps of legends and take part in Original Marathon VIII.

BALLOT - The ballot is open 5 July 2024 to 23:45 Monday 30 September 2024. Successful entrants will be notified 1 October 2024.
